Breathing Air Valve – CGA950 – Post Valve 1/2″ NGT

This Sherwood breathing air valve is made from heavy-duty forged brass and is specifically designed for use with breathing air in steel cylinders. This breathing air valve has a CGA950 valve outlet with a 1/2″ NGT inlet and safety (burst disk).

Premium Construction

Inert PTFE packing provides leak-free stem seal, long cycle life and resistance to corrosion.
Secondary O-ring helps to provide a secure seal under vacuum purging and low-pressure operation.
Strong, durable body is made from extruded brass rod and coated with a protective chrome finish.
Chamber design protects threads and stem from damage.
Exceptional machining finishes for low-torque sealing and long packing life.
Durable lower plug is made of tough naval brass and coated with PTFE for lubricity.
Pressure Relief Device is an integrated assembly to ensure proper assembly and to resist tampering.
Designed for use with all yokes made to CGA 860 drawing specifications.

Residential vs Commercial Address
Initial shipping charges calculated in the Shopping Cart are figured using a residential shipping rate unless you have previously entered a commercial address in the ship-to field during a previous checkout session. Deliveries to a commercial address are typically cheaper than deliveries to a residential address and will be reflected on the checkout page once the full address has been entered and the system confirms it is a commercial address.

LTL Freight Shipments

LTL Freight Costs will be calculated on the day of shipment and may vary from your initial estimate, resulting in additional charges.

Product is shipped from Minnesota. Transport time is usually between 1 and 5 days. Orders typically ship out the following business day after the order has been placed. Larger orders, and especially those going via a contracted freight service, may take additional time.
