Brooks Valve CGA580 Lever Action (Quick-Release) with 3000 PSI Gauge – 3360 PSI Pressure Relief Device

This quick release lever-action CGA580 Lever Action Quick Release Valve 3360 psi Gauge by Brooks is for dry chemical wheeled fire extinguisher units.

For use on Department of Transportation (DOT) cylinders, excluding Type DOT-4L cylinders, charged with nitrogen not exceeding 2,200 psi.

The easy-to-turn handwheel opens and closes the valve and the listed 0-3000 psi high-pressure gauge indicates pressure in the cylinder for ease of inspection. Each valve is provided with a Type CG-1 rupture disc device, which is a non-reclosing pressure-relief device designed to fully release excess pressure of a normally charged cylinder
at a maximum 3,360 psi at 160 Degree Fahrenheit, when exposed to abnormal conditions.
