Cavagna Carbon Dioxide Compressed Gas Valve – CGA320, 3/4″ RPV

This Carbon Dioxide Compressed Gas Valve – CGA 320 manufactured by Cavagna is made from heavy-duty forged brass and is specifically designed for use with industrial aluminum cylinders. This valve has a CGA320 valve outlet with a 3/4″ inlet and safety (burst disk).

Residual Pressure Valves (RPV) protect cylinders and their contents from a back flow of contaminants. Typically installed on industrial aluminum cylinders. Retains a small amount of filled gas (approximately 55-85 PSI) inside the valve to ensure purity inside the vessel.

Premium Construction:

  • Durable forged brass body with precisely machined internal components
  • Unitized plug design provides excellent flow characteristics
  • Dynamic front piston seal design avoids direct contact with flow passage during filling
  • Various inlet and outlet thread configurations available
  • 100% helium leak tested
  • Meets stringent international valve performance standards
  • Prevents back flow of contaminants and foreign substances
  • Maintains integrity of contents, even if valve is left open
  • Retains small amount of filled gas (approximately 55-85 PSI) to ensure purity inside vessel
  • Eliminates expense of a time-consuming purge-and-clean cycle
  • Protects and extends life of cylinder by preventing ingress of moisture

Valve Features:

  • CGA320 outlet
  • 3/4″ inlet
  • 3000 PSI Safety Burst Pressure / 241 Bar
  • Operating temperature range: -50° F → +149° F
  • Minimum Cycle Life: 2000 cycles
  • Closing Torque: 20-30 in.-lbs.
  • Operating Torque: 10-20 in.-lbs.

Fast Shipping

Gas Cylinder Source knows you need your product now, which is why we offer super-fast shipping and even have an express option. We also recognize shipping charges can play a significant role in a purchase, and that is why we do everything we can to keep shipping rates as low as possible. We do not inflate the price of our products as a mask for free shipping offers. Our product prices are set at the best pricing we can offer, and the amount charged for shipping covers the shipping and delivery of your order. We believe this transparency in costs is the best way to keep you well-informed while receiving the best price available.

Calculate Your Shipping
You can calculate your shipping charge in just a few quick steps:

  • Add your desired product(s) to the shopping cart.
  • Navigate to the Shopping Cart page.
  • Click the "Calculate Shipping" link in the cart totals section and enter your Country, State, City, & Zip Code, then select the 'Update' button.

Residential vs Commercial Address
Initial shipping charges calculated in the Shopping Cart are figured using a residential shipping rate unless you have previously entered a commercial address in the ship-to field during a previous checkout session. Deliveries to a commercial address are typically cheaper than deliveries to a residential address and will be reflected on the checkout page once the full address has been entered and the system confirms it is a commercial address.

LTL Freight Shipments
For larger freight or custom orders, we ask you to allow for a 7-10 business day lead time for product preparation and shipping set up. A customer service representative may reach out to you requesting additional information such as liftgate needs, receiving hours, or other order details. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. LTL Freight Costs will be calculated on the day of shipment and may vary from your initial estimate, resulting in additional charges.

Time to Ship
Product is shipped from Minnesota. Transport time is usually between 1 and 5 days. Orders typically ship out the following business day after the order has been placed. Larger orders, and especially those going via a contracted freight service, may take additional time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to you with tracking details as well as a link you can use to track your shipment and find estimated delivery information.
