125 cu ft Steel Oxygen Cylinder
New 125 cu ft. steel DOT Stamped oxygen cylinder with CGA540 valve. A substantial size offering a large supply of oxygen. Thick steel walls painted with standard rust resistant paint, and a high-quality CGA540 oxygen valve for super reliability.
Commonly used in the metals industry for steel-making and metal-cutting applications.
Oxygen is used in small amounts as an addition to other gases in welding applications; typically, as 2-5% addition to argon. It enhances arc stability and reduces the surface tension of the molten metal, increasing wetting of the solid metal.
